Citizens Advice Felixstowe
We provide free, confidential and impartial advice and campaign on big issues affecting people's lives.
Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face.
We're an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales.
From 1 April 2022 Citizens Advice Felixstowe & District is merging with Citizens Advice Leiston, Saxmundam & District and Citizens Advice North East Suffolk to become Citizens Advice East Suffolk. Services to clients will not be affected by this merger and advice will continue to be available as now.
We remain unable to give Face-to-Face advice from any of our locations.
If you need advice you can contact us by telephone on: 0808 278 7866 (a free phone call) during our normal opening hours.
What we can help with
People come to us with all sorts of issues. You may have money, benefit, housing or employment problems. You may be facing a crisis, or just considering your options.
We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination wherever we see it.
Volunteer with us
Our highly trained volunteers come from all sorts of backgrounds and help with everything we do.
See the roles we're currently recruiting for. Could you join them?
We use our clients' experience, stories and evidence to research and campaign for positive change locally and nationally.
How we help you
You can ring us or drop in whenever we're open - no appointment is necessary. We'll do our best to help you straight away. If you need more time, then we can offer you an hour long appointment within the next week or so.
Thank you to the supporters of our service.
